While Greenbrier East fans cheered their Spartans, they ultimately fell to the Huntington Highlanders Thursday, 82-73, in the AAA quarterfinals. Likewise, Charleston Catholic junior Jared Ware whipped up his cheering section into a frenzy in their Wednesday Class A match-up against Wheeling Central, but the Irish lost in overtime, 73-66.
