FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Third- and fourth-grade students at a local elementary school have been using a common denominator throughout the week as a learning tool for different subjects.

That common thing just happens to be the “Goosebumps” book series written by R.L. Stine.

 Jayenne Elementary teacher Morgan Hostutler said she brought the idea of using the book series during a week in October to make learning more fun..
