United States Magistrate Michael John Aloi visits with a family after a naturalization ceremony Tuesday at the Jennings Randolph Federal Center in which 23 individuals became United States citizens. The 23 individuals hailed from Ethiopia, Ghana, China, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, the Philippines, El Salvador, Burma, Finland, Peru, Thailand, Ecuador, Sierra Leone and Eritrea.
