Renovations continue Monday on the Charleston Civic Center, specifically to the new glass and steel entrance on Clendenin Street, facing the Charleston Town Center mall. City officials said last week that Clendenin Street would be reduced from four to two lanes near the new entrance, and an elevated crosswalk from the mall for pedestrians would be added to the $87 million project.
