BECKLEY, W.Va. — Greenbrier County has had quite a year.
The City of Lewisburg added to its impressive list of national awards by ranking No. 3 on this year’s “Travel + Leisure” list of America’s Favorite Towns.
Nearby White Sulphur Springs was named in a SafeWise study as the fourth-safest city in West Virginia. And the town played host to the New Orleans Saints training camp this summer at The Greenbrier.
The latest accolades are not the first for Lewisburg. Previously, the town was honored as America’s Coolest Small Town.
