MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A WVU Construction official said the Evandsale Crossing building is about 40 percent completed and looks to be open, and functioning by the spring 2016 semester.
John Sommers said during a Thursday interview that construction to the building, deemed by some WVU officials as the “mini-Mountainlair” of the Evansdale Campus, is progressing well and is neither ahead nor behind schedule.
The building is a public-private partnership between WVU and Fresh Capital LLC, and the construction cost is estimated at $31 million.
