MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Work continues on a new retail development near Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ashley Furniture and Premier Chevrolet in the University Town Centre.
Jason Donahue, representing developer Mon-View, told the Monongalia County Commission in July that the finished project would be a 60,000-square-foot shopping center housing at least four retail chains.
When asked about the status of the construction on Tuesday, Nov. 17, Donahue explained that Interstate Realty Company is the developer behind the project.
