PHILIPPI, W.Va. — The Alderson Broaddus University Board of Trustees has chosen James “Tim” Barry, Ed.D., to serve as interim president until a new president is selected.
Barry will be on campus Monday to begin introducing and orienting himself to ABU and the community. He will officially take office Dec. 22 and serve a minimum of one year.
Barry has spent the past 44 years in higher education administration and is completing an assignment with The Registry of College and University Presidents as interim president at Elmira College in Elmira, New York.
