BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Mark Dellana, Genesis Partners executive director of development at Charles Pointe, is pleased to announce that a “109-suite Homewood Suites Hotel by Hilton is scheduled to break ground by early spring of 2014 and open by the spring of 2015 in Charles Pointe.”
Charles Pointe is a 1,700-acre, mixed-use, master-planned, “smart-growth” development integrating residential, retail, hospitality, and office use with exceptional amenities including parks, trails, and an abundance of open space.
Dellana says “Dr. John Miller, CEO of the Centurion Companies, Morgantown has confirmed the franchise and has already acquired the land.” The hotel is being developed by The Centurion Development Group and will be operated by Centurion Hospitality Services.
Miller says, “The Homewood Suites are an upscale, all suite extended stay hotel which will feature amenities,” according to Miller.
