Neil Nostrant
LOGAN, W.Va. — Civitas Media added Neil Nostrant to their ranks just last week. Nostrant, who will be stationed in the Logan, West Virginia office, has been named the Regional Circulation Director of the Mountain Group, overseeing more than 20 publications in four states: West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio.
Nostrant hails from Athens,Ohio, where he worked a year and a half as a District Circulation Manager at the Athens Messenger. Nostant also served nine years as an officer in the Navy and is an ex-C-130 aircraft commander.
Nostrant said his first priority is to improve delivery issues.
“One of our biggest priorities is getting all routes covered,” Nostrant said. “I have district managers at each of the locations reporting to me.”
And as for being in stationed in Logan, he couldn’t be more thrilled…
