CHARLESTON, W.Va. — College basketball fans packed Recovery Sports Bar on Virginia Street for the One Stop/Gazette-Mail UPickEm Bracket Party Wednesday. Those entering their bracket in the contest had a chance at winning a $1,000,000 national prize. There also are local cash prizes.
