Bluefield Daily Telegraph releases new mobile apps

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. — Beginning today, Bluefield Daily Telegraph readers and subscribers alike will have a new way to get the latest local news and information, specifically designed for those on the go. Free mobile apps are now available in the App stores of iTunes, Google Play and Amazon, and each combines live breaking news, sports, weather and more with the daily e-Paper (electronic version of the print edition), all within a single app.

Current subscribers to the Bluefield Daily Telegraph can download their app of choice and begin enjoying in-depth local coverage of the community immediately. Non-subscribers can access limited content each month for free, or upgrade at their convenience. iOS users will enjoy the added option of a  “single day” e-Paper edition for $1.99 via iTunes.

Other features of the new Bluefield Daily Telegraph mobile app include the flexibility of reading content offline or in airplane mode, sharing articles, coupons and local events with friends via social networks, and submitting photos of local interest.
