HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — ZMM Architects and Engineers established an endowed scholarship fund with a contribution of $120,000 to the Marshall University Foundation, aimed at supporting engineering students from West Virginia, the company announced Thursday.
“ZMM is committed to supporting organizations that enhance the cultural and educational landscape and communities we serve,” Adam Krason, principal and architect at ZMM Architects and Engineers, said during a ribbon cutting ceremony in the Brad D. Smith Foundation Hall Rotunda at Marshall University. “Our commitment to Marshall University through this endowed scholarship will help advance that mission on many levels.”
ZMM provides services in West Virginia, Virginia and Ohio with offices in Charleston and Martinsburg in West Virginia, Blacksburg, Virginia and Marietta, Ohio.
“We are immensely grateful to ZMM Architects and Engineers for their generous support toward our engineering program,” said Brad D. Smith, president of Marshall University. “This partnership with ZMM will help ensure that more students can succeed, regardless of any financial constraints.”
