BECKLEY, W.Va. — WVU Tech students lined up Saturday to graduate, and as they did, it was remembered not only as an educational milestone, but as the first set of students to graduate from WVU Tech’s Beckley campus since the full-year transition from the school’s previous home in Montgomery.
Now, they are officially members of the Tech’s Golden Bear Alumni.
Tech’s Golden Bear Alumni Association’s president, Stacy Fragile, addressed the students by congratulating them on achieving an educational milestone, but also welcomed them into the group. She said it gave her great pride to do so.
