HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Unregistered voters in West Virginia have until 5 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 16, to get squared away for the 2018 general election.
It’s the absolute deadline for people to register to vote or make changes to their address or political affiliation before the Nov. 6 election.
To register to vote online, people may visit the West Virginia Secretary of State’s website at www.GoVoteWV.com and scroll down for the “West Virginia Online Voter Registration” link. People will be required to have a driver’s license or valid ID issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
