CHARLESTON, W.Va. (March 13, 2017) – Beginning today on wvpower.com only, the West Virginia Power will offer merchandise discounts during West Virginia University’s men’s basketball’s run during the NCAA tournament.
The discounts will be solely based on the Mountaineers’ play as every win will open up the next discount. The previous discount closes at the tip off of the following game. There are six tiers: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 50% plus. Each tier is as follows:
One win: 10% off bats and balls
Two wins: 20% off jerseys
Three wins: 30% off t-shirts
Four wins: 40% off hats
Five wins: 50% off everything in the store
Six wins: 50% off everything in the store and buy one get one free full season and 25 game plan tickets
Should West Virginia University win the Men’s National Championship, the final promotion will last until first pitch on Opening Day, April 6.
The promotion begins today with a sale on three special items: camo t-shirt, team polo and Power pullover. This opening sale lasts until Thursday, March 16, when West Virginia University tips off against Bucknell University.
The Power open the 2017 season on April 6 against the Rome Braves at 7:05 P.M. at Appalachian Power Park. Season tickets, mini-plans and single game tickets for the 2017 season are on sale now on wvpower.com, at the Power Box Office or by calling 304-344-BATS.
