W.Va. Department of Health and Human Resources accepting Disaster Supplement Nutritional Assistance Program applications

CHARLESTON, W.Va.  — The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources will accept applications for Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits from those who lived or worked in Harrison, Marion and Wetzel counties during the July 29 floods.

Persons may apply for D-SNAP benefits at the Harrison County DHHR, 153 W. Main St., Suite D, Clarksburg, Marion County DHHR, 416 Adams St., Suite 307, Fairmont; and Wetzel County DHHS, 1236 North W.Va. 2, New Martinsville, Wednesday until Tuesday. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 1-6 p.m. Sunday.
