CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — As the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots face off in the Super Bowl, hundreds of residents came together with family and friends to watch the NFL championship game.
Jessica Engles, a Buckhannon resident, said she thought the event was important because it brings people together.
“It also showcases talent and competition,” she said. “I’m rooting for the Eagles, because I hate the Patriots.”
