Southern West Virginia couple finds success with Wild Mountain Soap

FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — Barbara Tarka Leonard made a couple of quick stops recently as she drove from her mother’s home in Pennsylvania to her own on Johns Island, S.C.

“There was a display at Tamarack with a big tub and I saw bath bombs,” Leonard says, explaining her detour. “I’ve seen bath bombs in a lot of stores, but I like the ingredients listed in this particular company. They all seem very natural and so when I looked online, I saw they have a shop and I said, ‘Well, I’m going to go get a 6-pack for my daughter.’”

Leonard leaves Fayetteville’s Wild Mountain Soap Company with her bath bombs, muscle rub and a few other items.
