CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Tenants of the new state office complex in downtown Clarksburg will be moving in next month, with the contractor hoping to complete all the remaining work by May 31.
The four-story, 84,000-square-foot office complex is being built at the site of the former state office building in downtown Clarksburg.
Once a hotel, that building was razed in 2012, said Diane Holley-Brown, spokeswoman with the state Department of Administration.
“About 180 employees will work for the six agencies located in the building,” she said. “It is a $25 million project.”
