BECKLEY, W.Va. — As long as she calls southern West Virginia home, Nikki Ellis won’t be having children.
When she was younger, the Wyoming County native wanted nothing more than to be a stay-at-home mom.
But at age 29, living in Oceana, she’s focusing on furthering her education, saving money, and eventually leaving the Mountain State.
