LEWISBURG, W.Va. — New River Community and Technical College and Glenville State College signed an agreement last week that will make it easier for students who earn an associate degree to earn their bachelor’s degree.
Under the new agreement, New River CTC students who maintain at least a 2.0 grade point average (GPA) are guaranteed admission to Glenville State. Students transferring must meet the same prerequisites, GPA and other admission criteria when applying to Glenville State programs. The two institutions will work collaboratively to admit students and facilitate the process of admissions.
The agreement becomes effective immediately.
