BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Division of Forestry is hosting a grand opening for its new regional office in Buckhannon Dec. 13. The office will serve as Region 3 headquarters, and is the first new office to open since the Division of Forestry converted its former three-region system to six in October.

West Virginia Division of Forestry under the West Virginia Department of Commerce. Commerce Secretary Woody Thrasher, Division of Forestry Director Barry Cook and new Regional Forester Jason Jones, who will head Region 3, will be at the event.
