Jury in Charleston, WV, still unable to decide fate of suspended Supreme Court Justice Loughry

CHARLESTON, W.Va.  — Still no verdict.

After a full day of deliberations Thursday, a jury of 10 women and two men could not come up with a decision in the trial of suspended Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry.

Jurors asked U.S. District Judge John Copenhaver to reconvene at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
