CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission gave Dominion Energy’s Atlantic Coast Pipeline permission to resume construction along all areas of the project’s route Monday.
“Construction activities along project areas which had previously received a notice to proceed may now continue,” wrote Terry Turpin, director of FERC’s Office of Energy Projects.
Aaron Ruby, Atlantic Coast Pipeline spokesman, said this will allow the project’s stalled workforce to continue construction activities.
