DAVIS, W.Va. — The West Virginia Press Association’s 2017 Convention, Aug. 3-5, kicked off Thursday evening with The President’s Reception in honor of Jim McGoldrick and the Hall of Fame induction of Dave Owen of The Parkersburg Sentinel and Bob Earle of The Weston Democrat.
