ELKINS, W.Va. — All the beauty, grandeur and flat-out fun of the 82nd Mountain State Forest Festival will begin Saturday with the official opening ceremony at the Federal Building Plaza in Elkins.
This year’s theme, “The Majestic Roads Lead to Royalty,” was selected by Director General Rich Nida, as a tribute to the beautiful fall foliage in our area.
Buckhannon resident Alia Danae Figueroa has been selected as Maid Silvia for the 82nd MSFF. Figueroa is also a freshman at Davis & Elkins College.
