A tractor trailer heading westbound on Route 33 between Harman and Elkins Wednesday morning went over the embankment before coming to a stop against some trees. The accident is being investigated by Sr. Trooper J.J. Cornelius of the West Virginia State Police. Also on scene were the Randolph County Emergency Squad, Elkins Fire Department and Harman Fire Department.
