WHEELING — Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former presidential advisor Karl Rove will be among the speakers as The Health Plan sponsors its second annual “Healthcare Symposium” this week in Wheeling.
The two-day event takes place Wednesday and Thursday at Oglebay Park’s Wilson Lodge, and organizers say the focus will be on healthcare innovation, trends and challenges. Also examined by speakers will be data and issues pertaining to genomes and substance abuse. …
