WHEELING, W.Va. — President Donald Trump will be in Wheeling Saturday for a “Make America Great Again” rally set for WesBanco Arena, his campaign announced Sunday.
The event, set for 7 p.m., will feature the president showcasing the nation’s growing economy and also stressing the importance of the midterm elections, particularly the U.S. Senate race between incumbent Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin and West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey.
This will mark President Trump’s fourth rally in West Virginia and his first “Make America Great Again” rally in Wheeling. He visited Wheeling in 2016 prior to the general election as a guest of Murray Energy Corp. CEO Robert Murray for an event also at WesBanco Arena
