WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — Rev. Frank Jones, president of the local NAACP; Williamson Mayor Charlie Hatfield; and Rita Roberson, director of campus operations at Southern Community and Technical College; signed a proclamation this week in honor of Black History Month.
The NAACP is hosting discussions at 5 p.m. every Monday at the Williamson Library focusing on this month’s theme.
