MEDIA ADVISORY: Capitol Building Commission to Convene in Special Meeting

On Tuesday, April 21, at 3 p.m., the Capitol Building Commission will convene a special public meeting in Building 3 (Room 124), State Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Blvd. East in Charleston, WV. 

WHAT: 

The purpose of this special meeting is to fulfill the terms of the settlement of litigation (consolidated cases of Gregory Morris and Tim Acosta, plaintiffs, vs. West Virginia Capitol Building Commission, et al.) arising from the installation of mural lunettes and pendentives in the Capitol’s central rotunda in 2024. The agenda includes discussion and review of any contract previously let or any work done without a contract for the placement of these mural lunettes and pendentives.
