FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Teleperformance will be bringing 400 jobs to Marion County by 2017.
“Teleperformance is the worldwide leader in customer experience management,” said Ryan Collins, director of talent acquisition at Teleperformance USA. “We provide customer care services for leading companies throughout the world.”
Immediately, 250 jobs will be available in Marion County, followed by 150 additional jobs in 2017.
These positions are full-time, permanent roles with a Mobility client that is brand new to the Fairmont area. Teleperformance is located at 609 Bellview Blvd. in Fairmont, but is currently expanding its office.
“We’ve outgrown our existing facility and are currently under construction to expand our office,” Collins said.
Employees will be known as customer care professionals and supervisors to support the new business.
“A customer care professional is responsible for providing excellent customer service while working through customer inquiries and questions,” Collins said.
Starting wage for these positions is $10 hourly, and new hires will receive two pay increases in the first year…
