Comcast donates 117 duffle bags to Children’s Home Society of West Virginia

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — On Thursday morning, Comcast donated 117 duffle bags to Children’s Home Society of West Virginia that the company collected for local kids in the foster care system.

Michelle Brannan has been with CHS since 2015 and is currently a permanency home finder. She loves the outreach she gets to do through her job.

“I love the outreach I get to do — not just working with the amazing families but working also with the community and sharing about the resources available that we can provide to the community,” Brannan said. “This is our first year partnering with Comcast. Chad Patoray and his wife, Jennifer, were foster parents in New Jersey, and when they moved here, they wanted to continue to help and serve in their new community. We have been partnering with them for a few years now.”

Patoray works with Comcast and said he was looking forward to having Comcast be involved this year…
