The covered outdoor ice skating rink will open Thanksgiving Day and operate through the holiday weekend. The tube park will be open Nov. 24, through Nov. 26. Canaan Valley Resort’s 1,200-foot-long tube park is the longest in the mid-Atlantic region.

After the holiday weekend, the tube and skating parks will close until they reopen with the rest of ski-area operations in mid-December. Canaan Valley Resort plans to open its ski slopes Dec. 15. Visitors can look forward to skiing and boarding every day until the close of the season March 18.

The lodge and cabins at this four-season resort and outdoor recreation destination are open year-round.
