Callaway Junior Tour High School Series continues at Parkersburg Country Club

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Callaway Junior Tour High School Series, sponsored by Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal, continued its three-match 2021 season at Parkersburg Country Club this week.

The event, a partner of Callaway Golf and conducted by the West Virginia Golf Association, featured a field of 117 golfers on 30 high school teams from across West Virginia. Cabell Midland High School won its second consecutive event with a combined score of 10 over par. Each school has a team of four players, with the best three scores counting as the team’s total score.

The five players with the lowest individual scores received Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Medalist trophies. Those were awarded to:
• Sara Veara of Berkeley Springs High School;
• Matthew Carney, Cameron Jarvis and Taylor Sargent of Cabell Midland High School; and
• Bryson Beaver of Herbert Hoover High School.
