CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Republican presidential champion Donald Trump met with white evangelical leaders and promised that, if he gains the White House, he will appoint only “pro-life” justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.
In other words, he will choose far-right judges who will try to overturn the historic 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that let American women and girls choose to end pregnancies in safe medical clinics instead of dangerous back-alley hideaways.
Trump’s pledge clearly shows what’s at stake in the 2016 election…
