Gas-fired power plants can’t happen fast enough

An editorial from The Exponent Telegram 

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — With the anticipation of a child at Christmas waiting for that much-desired present, we await the continued development of the natural gas industry in West Virginia.

So it is exciting to read about the work being done to bring three natural-gas-fired power plants to the Mountain State, with one in Marshall County, one in Brooke County and one right here in Harrison County.

But much like that child who waits not-so-patiently, we are concerned about the time line, which seems to be dragging out the projects to almost unthinkable lengths…
