EPA changes will threaten historic glassmakers

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — For years, the big criticism of the Environment Protection Agency is that the agency just looks at one side of an issue.

The EPA understandably focuses on improving or preserving the environment, but too often little consideration is given to the impact of rule changes or new policies on existing businesses.
