Virginia firm sues Greenbrier over unpaid bills

RICHMOND, Va. — A Henrico County, Va., company that provides human resources, recruiting and staffing services — Cornerstone RPO LLC — has filed a federal civil complaint in U.S. District Court in Richmond claiming that the Greenbrier Hotel Corp., in White Sulphur Springs owes Cornerstone more than $422,000 in unpaid fees and services provided.

Cornerstone alleges in the four-page civil complaint that on or about Feb. 7, 2011, the firm started providing staffing and recruiting services to the Greenbrier. According to the complaint, Cornerstone and the Greenbrier had a one-year contract that has been automatically renewed each year with the existing contract in effect until March 1, 2016.

 “Cornerstone has submitted numerous monthly invoices for fees and direct expenses that have not been paid by Greenbrier,” according to the complaint…
