MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Several WVU students are facing disorderly conduct charges for kidnapping another man in a fraternity prank.

According to the Morgantown Police Department: At about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, officers responded to Spruce Street near Forest Avenue for a reported battery and kidnapping. The investigation showed that the act was part of a prank for Phi Delta Gamma (FIJI) fraternity.
