HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Marshall University fans looking to hit the road for some of the Thundering Herd’s 2015 football games won’t have to worry about airport delays.
Of the six road games, only one is more than a six-hour drive to the destination.
“If you’re a Marshall fan, you have a chance to see 11 out of 12 Marshall games without getting on an airplane,” Marshall athletic director Mike Hamrick said Monday when the schedule was released.
“And, if you choose to go to all 12, you get to go to Boca (Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, Fla.). It doesn’t get any better than that…
