MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Two recently-constructed Habitat for Humanity homes in Jerome Park are the first in Monongalia County equipped with solar panels.

According to Evan Zuverink, director of operations for Monongalia County Habitat for Humanity, the installation of solar panels is part of a larger effort to make Habitat homes more affordable for the people they serve.
