WV firm wins $112 million federal contract

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A local prime contractor has received a multimillion-dollar contract.

KeyLogic Systems Inc., which is based in Morgantown and houses a location adjacent to the NASA IV&V Facility in Fairmont, won a contract for $112 million for the Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL).

According to a press release, “the five-year contract is initially valued at $112 million but allows for additional services within the contract scope. The contract combines three previous NETL contracts — Project Execution and Integration (PEI), Program and Performance Management (PPM) and Energy Sector Planning and Analysis (ESPA) — historically employing 180 personnel combined.”

Their job will be to support mission execution and strategic analysis during the five-year contract.
