HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Another milestone has been reached at Kinetic Park on W.Va. 10 with the opening of a new Fairfield Inn and Suites this week.
“We are very excited about this opening and welcome with open arms all private investment in the city and Kinetic Park,” said Tom Bell, executive director of the Huntington Municipal Development Authority, which manages the park.
Bell said Kinetic Park still has five two-acre lots available, but anticipates closing on one of them later this month.
“We expect to close on the property by the end of July,” he said. “It is slated to be a Taco Bell restaurant, next to Bob Evans restaurant.”
The new 106-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, located at 536 Kinetic Drive on the upper level of the business park, will operate as a Marriott franchise…
