BECKLEY, W.Va. — The Register-Herald, a leading daily newspaper in southern West Virginia, is seeking an online editor.
The 16,500-circulation Register-Herald is located in Beckley, the business and medical hub for the region.
“Duties will include curating our website and social media operations. The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of social media and have expertise in web curation and evaluation of website metrics, including developing content strategies,” said Editor Rick Kelley.
Qualifications: BA or MA in journalism/communications. In the absence of specific journalism education, the Register-Herald will consider experience in the media industry.
