Lavenski and Foster Durham, who have been with the firm for 17 years and 19 years respectively, and who took over the management of the firm five years ago as minority owners, have purchased CRA this week from prime investors.

Together, they are now responsible for the ownership, leadership and management of the firm, with offices in Charleston, W.Va. and Richmond, Va.

and do business. We have had a large amount of growth in the past several years, which has allowed us the opportunity to purchase the firm,” she said.

“We have chosen to spend our careers at CRA and are thrilled that we can offer those same opportunities to our amazingly talented and dedicated staff. We are so fortunate to work with clients who support us and view us as partners. As we embark on our 41st year in business, we look forward to continuing the CRA legacy for many years to come,” she added.

CRA comprises 27 employees and three divisions. The company offers a blend of marketing disciplines including advertising, public relations, digital and social media services.
