U.S. Sen. Capito to participate in Senate EPW Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) will participate in a U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee hearing regarding state perspectives on EPA regulations and the role of states. The hearing will feature testimony from West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Secretary Randy C. Huffman. The hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. and will stream live.
