The Times West Virginian’s parent company, Community Newspaper Holdings Inc., celebrated a special birthday Tuesday. For the 20th anniversary of the company, which is based out of Montgomery, Alabama, the staff members of the Times West Virginian ate birthday cake and celebrated in other little ways.
