CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The owners, administrators and residents of Eastbrook Center, a skilled-nursing facility in Kanawha City, took turns Thursday kissing a small, orange-faced pot-bellied pig for charity — specifically, the Alzheimer’s Association. Folks gathered in the afternoon for their latest fundraiser, which garnered $600 of the $5,000 that will benefit their team participation in the Memory Walk, which will take place Oct. 24 in Charleston.
